The Hops Spot

We are a locally owned and run business. Watertown Hops Spot is our third Hop Spot location. The other two are located in Syracuse and Clayton NY. We are a burger bar and poutinerie. Our burgers are made with a custom blend of chuck, short rib, and brisket from Black River Livestock. We also offer a verity of different poutines ranging from the classic (fries, cheese curd, gravy) to one called Oh Carolina (fries, house smoked pulled pork, BBQ sauce, coleslaw, and NY cheddar). Here we decided to add some hand tossed pizzas to our menu as well. Then, for anyone looking for a vegan option, we have a whole menu for you! Besides an awesome food menu we also offer a 28 beer draft list. No matter what type of beer you like, I bet we can find something you’ll love. We try to keep up with the ever changing world of craft beer. Then, if you feel like going out with friends or bringing in your family, we have a game room fit for all! Also, don’t forget our Buy A Vet a Beer offered every Monday. This is for active and retired military. Come on in and claim your free beer.
