The College of Health Care Professions

The College of Health Care Professions was founded by a group of medical doctors from the world-renowned Texas Medical Center who recognized the high need for skilled healthcare professionals, and for more than 35 years CHCP has been a Texas leader in allied healthcare education and career training. We have used our knowledge of the healthcare industry to create a strong student support network. From your initial interview to our statewide career placement network, you'll be working with people who are focused entirely on people like you, the allied health workforce of tomorrow. During our campus tours, you get to see what it's like to be a student at CHCP and we can answer any questions you have about our programs or enrollment. CHCP is committed to helping those who have served our country to achieve their educational goals and is pleased to offer a CHCP Military Grant (20% of total tuition costs!) for active duty, veterans, their spouses, and dependents who enroll at the institution and meet all eligibility criteria. The CHCP South San Antonio campus is conveniently located off of Highway 35 off of Military Drive. Parking at the campus is free in the designated area.
