Established in 1874, St. John the Evangelist Catholic School is a private PreK-3 through eighth-grade school, located one-half mile from the entrance to Naval Air Station Pensacola. We offer a safe and supportive educational environment focused on a traditional, liberal arts curriculum to develop academic and spiritual growth in knowledge, critical thinking, and virtue. The Florida Step Up For Students scholarships for the dependent children of active-duty members of the United States Armed Forces are accepted at St. John throughout the school year.
