About Us
Simon Timm has sold over 100 homes in the DMV Metro Area. For his outstanding work he received a Gold Recognition Award from the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors in 2021. Simon has a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Wisconsin and a Master's Degree in Ethics from Yale University. Before entering real estate, Simon co-founded wellness nonprofits in both Silicon Valley and New York City. He lives in Kensington, MD with his spouse.
