As a military spouse of 23 years and a mother who raised children in military communities, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with military life — frequent moves, deployments, and the constant need to adapt. That personal experience is at the heart of why I founded MindWorks.

At MindWorks, we provide a full spectrum of services to help children and families thrive at home, school, and play. Our team offers comprehensive assessments to uncover each child’s needs, individual therapy to build skills and resilience, and medication management provided by licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) when appropriate. Our NPs bring both expertise and compassion, working closely with families to ensure care decisions are thoughtful, collaborative, and always in the child’s best interest.

We are proud to stand alongside military families, providing the support needed to help kids feel confident, connected, and resilient, no matter where duty calls.
