Our Vision To always put care first — for our patients and staff. MHC Healthcare is the oldest community health center, providing continuous health care since its incorporation in 1957. We have grown to sixteen clinics throughout Pima County and offer multiple services. MHC is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), a model of primary care that focuses on the patient’s entire well-being. As such, the PCMH includes a team of care providers (e.g. physicians, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, social workers and educators). As a PCMH we work closely with patients and their families, recognizing the unique needs, cultures and beliefs of each patient. Pediatrics Our pediatric providers diagnose, evaluate, and treat health conditions at all stages of childhood from birth to 18 years of age. Women’s Health MHC Healthcare provides complete obstetrics and gynecological care for women at all stages of life. Family Practice Our family practice providers care for patients of all ages and services are available at all MHC locations. Our team is committed to providing quality care with dignity and compassion. Our goal is to provide affordable healthcare to all individuals in a comfortable and safe environment.
