About Us
18 locations throughout Texas! Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care opened in 2006 and provides minor emergency care to children 0-21 years old. Open seven days a week, Little Spurs accepts most insurances, including Tricare. Little Spurs offers on-site x-ray, laceration repair, sports physicals, and treatment for most illnesses and injuries. Walk-ins are welcome or patients can save their spot online.
