I am not sure what to do regarding seeking further assistance. We have a huge problem with ants.  I called Kapilina maintenance to get some help. They sent their pest control people who clearly did not solve our issues.  I have attempted to get further assistance and no one responded. We had an appointment twice and no one showed up.  I have attached several photos to illustrate the severity of our ant problems. Ants were everywhere. Even in our Television. This has to be corrected immediately.  I will go straight to Greystar management if this urgent call for help is not acknowledged. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I lived here for 7 years. It's really nice, spacious, and pet friendly, but I'm not sure if we are staying another year due to an outrageous increase in rent! Facilities are not always kept clean or working, probably. Especially the hot tub, whirl pool, and splash pad. Always have problems with power outages! It would be sad if we have to move next year due to another outrageous rent increase 😔

Kapilina Beach homes neighborhood is peaceful and feels safe for my children. Staff is friendly overall. Upon move in we had to much  Maintenance ISSUES!!! Thanks to Zayne for being very Professional  fixing the Issue that needed to be Done with Kindness.
Now we are finally content!

Enough is Enough. We have been pleading with Kapilina Beach Homes in helping us get rid of some serious ant problems. I posted once regarding this issue and the owners response was we will have some one call you. This must have been over two months ago and I still have never connected with someone willing to help. I received a call from a Mellisa who left a message and only wanted to know why I gave a one star rating in her voicemail message. I still have the recording. I tried calling her back and never did speak with her. Well needless to say the pest control people did show up and stated unless we stop the ants by replacing the slat windows we will never get rid of them. This window issue was also mentioned by a staff member in your Residence Service area not long ago stating that the old windows are a gateway for bugs in these old homes.
I also received a nasty voicemail from Mellisa regarding the ant issue stating that we need to find an outside pest control company at our expense or find another place to live. Also on voicemail.
We have lived here for almost three years and have never received the nasty remarks and total lack of follow up. Enough is enough. I need someone willing to help. Not worrying about how many stars I give you. I didn’t want to rate this one but it required me to!
