The Inn is a civilian organization, constructed, owned and operated by the Minesen Company, however, your room size, as well as the limited cooking amenities, have been mandated by the Department of the Army – Family, Moral, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) – and the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR).
