About Us
We are a counseling Center supporting active duty, military, veterans, military families, as well as first responders. We support those in the business of supporting others. At Helping Heroes Wellness, we offer counseling services, wellness coaching, relocation support to PTSD and trauma counseling. As a veteran herself Nico understands the unique struggles those in the helping professions cope with and is prepared to help with whatever needs you are struggling with.
