Located in the Fox Hill area of Hampton, Virginia, near Fort Monroe and Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Gloria Dei Lutheran School has been partnering with families for more than 50 years to provide an exceptional Christ-centered education. Our mission is to nurture the whole child, academically, spiritually, socially, emotionally, and physically, while helping each student discover their God-given gifts and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Serving children from 16 months of age through fifth grade, Gloria Dei offers a warm, family-oriented environment where students are known, valued, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential. Our small class sizes allow teachers to provide individualized instruction, foster meaningful relationships, and meet the unique learning needs of every child.

Our rigorous academic program builds a strong educational foundation through phonics-based reading, accelerated spelling, and A Beka mathematics, while encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and character development. Students also enjoy a wide variety of enrichment opportunities, including Art, Physical Education, Music, Spanish, Science, Computer Technology, Library, and weekly Chapel, creating a well-rounded educational experience that prepares them for future success.
