I leased a car from Frank Hyundai. My sales person was Carlos. Carlos was extremely smart and honest. He demonstrated very competent knowledge in optimizing a deal for me. More importantly, his honesty and transparency made me very comfortable during the negotiation. Very polite and intelligent young gentleman. Never pushed me for sales during the process, which actually turned out to be the reason I did the business same day, I typically scare and run away from sales people who push on sales. I likely go back again to Frank Hyundai to do more business with Carlos. He drove 30 miles to deliver my car to my home too because it was late in the night when I closed the deal. My first time buying a car and it couldn’t be easier, ask for Mike card he’ll give you a killer deal. Carlos was a huge help and answered EVERY one of my questions. Mike broke it down for me and my credit score and gave me the best deal imaginable. I highly recommend coming to Hyundai at mile of cars and you’ll have the easiest and fastest process. Frank Hyundai is an excellent dealership post-sale. George who gave me a lesson on using the car and Tracy Salazar in the service department are standouts. My sister also bought from Frank Hyundai and is very happy with the car and the dealership.Just to be clear, buying a car is still a daunting process. Fortunately, I’m older and more experienced. A younger and / or less experienced person would have paid a lot more for the car. The buying process at all dealerships is deeply flawed. But that’s ALL dealerships. Frank Hyundai provides superior service. That’s what separates them from the competition.

I had a great experience here at Hyundai. I brought my car to trade in because it was a total loss. Damien responded to me quickly and was on top of finding me a car and making sure I was taken care of. Sasha worked her magic and was able to get me a great deal on my new vehicle. She was honestly amazing and fast! I will definitely be coming back here and I recommend anyone to give them a try.

My vehicle was shaking lightly and needed a software update and oil change. My husband dropped it off last week on Monday, 8/28. We were told to expect an update with diagnosis by Wednesday, 8/30. Wednesday came and went with no update until I reached out first. Waited the rest of the week for an update, heard nothing. I finally called again on Friday and asked for an update. Spoke to a woman in the service department who told me my vehicle was being worked on that very second, they would call me later in the day to come pick it up and we would be good to go. Radio silence all day Friday, texts to the technician went unanswered. Come to find out my car was not worked on and I was now without a car, with NO warning, through the holiday weekend. The woman i spoke to ensured me that I would get a call first thing today (Tuesday) when they opened after the holiday. As expected no one called so I called around 11 and  he had no update for me and couldn’t give me any information. What should have been a 3 day MAX job turned into me being without my vehicle for 8-9 days, with no communication and no warning. Throughout this whole time, the only helpful person I talked to was named Jason in the service department.
