Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) the transportation of patients who do not require emergency medical attention but need assistance getting to and from medical appointments or procedures. Our transportation services typically used for patients who have physical or mental disabilities, chronic illnesses or conditions, or limited mobility that make it difficult for them to travel on their own. The vehicles are equipped with features such as wheelchair lifts, and other medical equipment to accommodate the needs of patients during transport. Our NEMT drivers are trained to provide basic medical care and assistance to patients during transport, such as helping patients get in and out of the vehicle, ensuring they are comfortable and safe during the ride, and providing basic first aid if needed.
