C West Realty, formerly Joe West Realty, has been serving the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 40 years in all aspects of Real Estate. Owner Connie West is a licensed broker, property manager, and residential appraiser. Connie is a lifelong resident of the coast and grew up in the real estate business thanks to her father, Joe West. Connie attended the University of Southern Mississippi where she earned her baccalaureate in Real Estate and Insurance. Since then, Connie has managed 100s of rental homes and sold millions of dollars worth of Real Estate. Realtor, Shelby Martin, is also a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and graduated from Resurrection Catholic Schools in 2011. After high school, Shelby pursued her college degree at the University of South Alabama. In 2016 she graduated with a baccalaureate in Marketing with a focus on Real Estate. Shelby has worked for C West Realty for five years and in that time has earned recognition from the National Association of Realtors as a C2EX agent as well as several certifications. Shelby has also been recognized as a million-dollar producer thanks to her advanced marketing skills.
