Continuity of Healthcare Services, LLC, an Independent Living community dedicated to providing safe, stable, and supportive housing for individuals who deserve dignity and dependable care. Our mission is to serve those who have served our nation, as well as seniors, individuals on fixed incomes, and members of our community experiencing homelessness.

We offer a structured, drug-and alcohol free environment designed to promote independence, wellness, and peace of mind. Our homes include shared and private room options, on-site washer and dryers, free wi-fi, all utilities included, and complimentary hygiene packages for every resident. To further support daily living needs, we also provide reliable transportation services.

We proudly accept SSI, SSDI, private pay, and community based funding, ensuring that our services remain accessible to those with limited or fixed incomes.
