My name is Amy Wodicka and I am a full-time Realtor serving Valdosta and the surrounding areas. I am local to the area and I am proud to plant my roots here. It was one of the best experiences that I could have had and really prepared me for the sales. I take all of my knowledge from my previous work and experiences and apply it to real estate today. This has allowed me to grow more and become a better agent. Aside from Property Management, I have also owned my home and sold my home, so I understand from both sides the transitions that you may face during those processes. My husband served in the Navy for 8.5yrs and during that time PCS moves and deployments among other experiences military families have. This experience helped me to serve my clients relocating from out of state better as I have a true understanding of how moving across the country to a new location can be.
